The model of mud cleaner called BWZJ2S12N, BWZJ2S12N mud cleaner is commonly used in solid control systems, such as in the ZJ30 750HP-ZJ90 3000HP drilling rig mud system, “2S” means 2×10″ desander cones, “12N” means 12×4″ desilter cones. These cones are the wearing parts, so they need to be replaced.
10″ Desander Cones for Mud Cleaner
10″ desander cones are used to separate particles around 45-74 micron, with the capacity of 90-120m³/h. so the capacity of 2×10″ Desander Cones is up to 240m³/h. According to the processing capacity of the whole solids control system, the hydrocyclones number can be designed by the customer’s requirement, such as 1 desander cone, 2 desander cones, and 3 desander cones.
4″ Desilter Cones for Mud Cleaner
4″ desilter cones are used to separate particles around 15-45 micron, with the capacity of 12-15m³/h. According to the processing capacity of the whole cleaning unit, the hydrocyclones number can be designed from 6 to 12 pieces. 12×4″ Desilter Cones can be match with 1 or 2 10″ desander cones.
The desander desilter cones material is polyurethane. This material permits excellent resistance to heat and abrasion.The cyclones with features of economical cost, longer using life, as well as convenience on parts replacement. So they are widely used in oilfield drilling and solid control.
