Brightway Energy has finished assembly, joint debugging and factory inspection of a customized 1500HP drilling rig mud system for cluster wells. The system has been shipped to the drilling site to offer a full mud circulation and purification solution for efficient cluster well drilling.
This 1500HP mud system adopts a proven five-stage purification process. It is equipped with integrated shale shaker-desander, degasser, desilter, decanter centrifuge, seven mud tanks and one mud mixing & weighting skid. It achieves fine grading treatment of drilling fluid solids to improve mud quality, cut drilling costs and boost efficiency. Sufficient tank volume guarantees steady running of mud mixing, weighting, screening, circulation, intelligent control and storage.
Customized for cluster well drilling and frequent well position changes, the system uses a differentiated layout. The No.1 tank can independently move 30 meters while other tanks stay fixed without disassembly. Operators only shift the movable tank to fit different well sites instead of taking apart the whole system. It simplifies field work, shortens relocation time and reduces transport and labor costs, solving the problems of low efficiency and high moving expense for cluster well teams.
During production, our production, technical, QC and engineering teams worked together under strict industry standards. Every step including tank welding, pipe layout, equipment assembly, linkage test, tightness check and load trial run was strictly controlled to ensure stable operation, high purification precision and durable structure for immediate efficient use on site.
In the future, Brightway Energy will keep developing oil & gas and geological drilling equipment. We will upgrade products and technologies for cluster wells, deep wells and complex overseas working conditions, and create integrated mud systems with higher efficiency, lower energy consumption and easier maintenance to support high-quality drilling projects worldwide.
