【Luanda News】 On August 1, a high-level delegation from Brightway Energy Group visited Angola’s the National Oil, Gas and Biofuels Agency (ANPG) and held high-level talks with the company’s Board Chairman Mr. Paulino Jerónimo. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on multiple business areas, including joint development of oilfield blocks, export of complete drilling rig equipment, and integrated drilling engineering services.
Brightway Energy Group Chairman Mr.Liu Yuelang comprehensively presented the company’s integrated oil and gas solutions to the National Oil, Gas and Biofuels Agency (ANPG). The group is capable of providing one-stop supply of complete drilling rigs, solids control systems, and other equipment, while also possessing full-chain service capabilities encompassing oil and gas block investment and development, drilling, workover, and oilfield operation and maintenance. Leveraging its well-established localized maintenance and spare parts support system in Africa, the company is fully equipped to support Angola’s oil and gas production capacity expansion needs across all fronts.
The National Oil, Gas and Biofuels Agency (ANPG) Board Chairman Mr.Paulino Jerónimo expressed strong confidence in the prospects of bilateral cooperation and welcomed Brightway Energy Group to participate in Angola’s onshore and offshore oilfield development, promoting the procurement of drilling rig equipment and long-term drilling service collaboration. The two parties agreed to establish a joint working group to accelerate feasibility studies and commercial proposal negotiations, with the aim of facilitating the timely implementation of projects.
This exchange marks a significant upgrade for Brightway Energy’s business in Angola, transitioning from equipment trade to a full-industry-chain model encompassing “development,equipment and services.” Brightway Energy Group will continue to deepen its presence in the African market, strengthen practical China-Africa energy cooperation, and support the group’s overseas strategic advancement.
