A batch of customized complete drilling waste treatment equipment is nearing completion for bulk delivery to clients of Middle East oilfield environmental protection projects.
The centrifuges and cuttings dryers in this shipment are tailor-made for harsh desert oilfield working conditions in the Middle East. Integrating drilling fluid purification, cuttings drying and closed conveying, the equipment achieves harmless treatment, volume reduction and resource utilization of drilling waste, meeting local oilfield environmental standards and HSE requirements. Designed for continuous operation under high temperature and sandstorms, it solves common drawbacks of conventional solid control systems including insufficient separation, high oil content in cuttings and site pollution.
Manufactured in line with international high-end oilfield specifications, the equipment undergoes strict full-process quality control covering component machining, assembly and factory testing. Precision processing of key rotating parts improves operational stability and reduces vibration and jamming. Standardized modular assembly optimizes piping and equipment coordination for continuous field operation.
Comprehensive factory tests including running trials, leak tightness tests, load simulation and anti-corrosion coating inspection are implemented.
