Double-deck shale shakers and triple-deck shale shakers are not simply having more layers of screens, but also are innovated and redesigned from many aspects such as the motor, electric control, and box structure. The purpose is to turn the traditional shale shakers into integrated mud separation systems and replace the traditional three-stage solids control system (shale shakers, desanders, desilters). The result is that cost is greatly reduced, while the efficiency of drilling mud processing is elevated.
