Drilling liquid mud plant work process: Drilling cuttings mud from drilling site is transported to the treatment station and collected by unloading tank. Slurry pump transmission → high frequency vibrating screen. The solid phase of particles larger than mesh number of screen is separated. The liquid overflows into the mixing tank. Adding agent into jet mixing device and mix mud ratio. The mixing pump transfers the mixed mud to each reserve tank. the mud can be draw from each tank and transported to drilling site.
