ZDY6500K is a high-power full-hydraulic split remote control drilling rig specially developed for coal mine TBM. The drilling device of the main engine can circumferentially rotate along the TBM tunneling axis to carry out advanced detection and surrounding detection construction in the TBM tunneling process. The drilling rig can be equipped with a variety of drilling technologies to deal with various complex strata in the process of TBM excavation in coal mine. Compared with TBM’s existing conventional advanced exploration drilling rig, this drilling rig has greater torque, propulsion and pull-out force, and is more suitable for advanced drilling construction of deep holes above 300m, which can effectively improve the comprehensive construction efficiency of TBM.
The drilling rig is mainly composed of three parts: main engine, pump station, and operation platform, and each part is connected by high-pressure tubing. The rig adopts electro-hydraulic control technology, and all auxiliary movements and drilling movements are controlled by remote control. The maximum remote-control distance is 50m, which greatly facilitates the layout of the control board and main engine inside the TBM. The luffing device, which can rotate along the TBM tunneling axis circumferentially, is developed to meet the drilling construction requirements such as TBM advance exploration and circumferential exploration. The drilling rig can be equipped with a variety of diameter specifications and types of drilling tools to meet the needs of a variety of apertures and complex formations. Compared with TBM’s existing conventional advanced exploration drilling rig, this drilling rig has greater torque, propulsion and pull-out force, and is more suitable for advanced drilling construction of deep holes above 300m, which can effectively improve the comprehensive construction efficiency of TBM. The drilling rig’s circumferential angle adjustment range is ±110°, the spindle inclination angle adjustment range is -40°～+60°, and the height adjustment range is 600mm (auxiliary adjustment parameters can be customized according to the TBM diameter). The guide rail and the upper lining plate are made of new wear-resistant materials with good wear resistance and long service life. The key hydraulic parts of the hydraulic system are imported pumps and valves, with long service life and high reliability. The hydraulic system adopts constant power load sensing and constant pressure variable technology, which has the advantages of low energy consumption and small system heating.
