ZDY6500LPJ full hydraulic crawler drill is a kind of underground drill with automated rod manipulator, which can complete drilling and rod adding operations by a single person to improve work efficiency. This drill has large power and strong accident handling ability, which is mainly used for multi-layer or cross layer borehole drilling construction for gas drainage water exploration & drainage, etc. It is especially suitable for gas drainage borehole drilling in broken and soft coal seam.
Equipped with latest innovated automated rod manipulator, ZDY6500LPJ crawler drill can automatically add and connect drill rods within the range of ±90° of inclination. The drill can be equipped with a variety of diameter specifications and types of drilling tools, which can realize the continuous connection of seven φ73mm drill rods or six φ89mm drill rods at one round. The process of adding and connecting the drill rod can be done independently by only one operator without the need to remove the water/air swivel. The operation time of adding a single drill pipe is only 35 s, which can reatly improves the safety and efficiency of drilling. The drill rod box can be matched with drill rods (including outer flat drill rod, wide wing spiral drill rod, triangular drill rod) of different diameters such as φ73 mm, φ89 mm, etc. The automated rod manipulator is designed with an axial adaptive flexible hydraulic clamp, which reduces the operating difficulty of the operator and prolongs the life of drill rods. Adopts hydraulic linkage control, the automated rod manipulator is simple and easy to be operated. Angle adjustment of the drilling machine is stable and convenient. The azimuth angle and inclination angle can be adjusted within ±90° and the height range can be adjusted within 1100mm. There is no need to unscrew the bolts during the angle adjustment and stabilization process, just need to operate the hydraulic valve handle. The width of the drill is small, and the transposition is convenient. It can drill across the conveyor. The feeding device can slip back and forth, and the fuselage position can be adjusted flexibly during the drilling construction near the conveyor by the roadway side. Thus the actual occupation of roadway space by drilling machine can be reduced. The guide rail and the upper lining board are made of new materials with excellent wear resistance and long service life. The hydraulic system is stable and reliable, and the main hydraulic parts such as pump and valve are imported from abroad, which greatly improves the reliability of drilling machine. The hydraulic system adopts constant power load sensing and constant pressure variable technology, which has the advantages of reducing energy consumption and system heating.
