First, the function of mud agitator:
Through the impeller agitation, chemicals and soil added in the drilling fluids can be uniformly mixed.
The useful solid-phase such as chemicals can get rapid dispersion, increasing the viscosity and gel strength of the drilling fluid in the drilling fluid circulation tank.
Agitator stirring to prevent drilling through precipitation, so that drilling fluid can maintain stable performance, ensure the safety of the drilling project can be carried out smoothly.
Second, the structure and working principle
BWJBQ series mud agitator is mainly composed of explosion-proof motor, speed reducer, base, cover, coupling, impeller shaft, impeller and other components.
Its working principle is: motor drive input shaft reducer, driven by rotation of the impeller shaft couplings after deceleration, drilling fluids are forced moving downward to the mud tank bottom under the function of impeller agitation, then back up along the tank wall, so that the drilling fluid on top and at the bottom of the tank can be continuously mixed. Then the fluid density can be uniform, and the performance of the drilling fluid can maintain stability. Generally, there will be mud agitators in every compartment of the mud tank such as the shale shaker compartment, desander and desilter compartment.
