Working Principles of Oilfield Degasser
The oilfield degasser uses the suction effect of the vacuum pump to create a pressure zone in the vacuum tank. The mud enters the hollow shaft through the suction pipe under the pressure, and then the mud is thrown to the tank wall through the windows around the hollow shaft. Due to the collision and separation wheel, the drilling fluid is separated into thin layers, and the air bubbles immersed in the mud are broken and the gas overflows. Through the suction of the vacuum pump and the separation of the gas-water separator, the gas is discharged from the exhaust pipe of the separator, and the mud is discharged from the tank by the impeller. Since the main motor is started first, and the impeller connected to the motor is rotating at a high speed, the mud can only enter the tank from the suction pipe.
